We would like to sincerely thank you all for participating in our recent Patient Feedback Survey. The questionnaire was completed by 140 of our patients, and compared against the benchmark scores for > 5000 Australian GP’s. We were delighted to hear that 99% of our patient ratings about our practice were good, very good, or excellent. Our scoring was consistently in the high range, and well above the average, in all areas assessed, regardless of the patient sex, age, financial means, or ethnic background. Regardless, we will continue to strive to improve, and areas we identified for improvement include reducing waiting times, low level communications within the clinic, expanding our clinical team, and increasing awareness of our out of hours arrangements.
